Booked the tour in e-mail 2 weeks in advance, but only us 2 were on the tour on the day. Mun, the guide and a driver turned up at our hotel on time, took us to the coffee plantation, tried the Luwak coffee, went to look at the Batur vulcano, and then got on the bikes (mostly) downhill back to Ubud.
Unfortunately the rain started to be very heavy so I decided to go back to the car ( which was following us) my partner and Mun still carried on (they supplied rain coats) nothing was trouble for the driver to stop, assemble the bike again, when stopped raining, both of them was very professional and friendly.
Mun has a good knowledge about the area, tells stories, great tour guide.
However one thing to consider in rainy season: leave the off -road part out of the tour, it was muddy at rain, but Mun took care of my bike he was carrying it and cleaned at the end nothing was too much trouble for him, absolute gentleman!!!
Finished the tour at Bob's (the owner) house, his wife prepared very delicious lunch for us, also got a Bintang :) They let us to look around at the compound, we were not rushed to finished at all. That was a great day (except the rain) so thank you very much. It was a very good way to see the real Bali countryside. Mun deserves a payrise :)
