We booked the tour because someone recommended it to us and it was totally worth it. Mostly down hill and just 2 or 3 small parts where it's going really steep up hill - you can push the bike up easily! The food was awesome, thanks to the wife and Bob himself, had an awesome day.
They pick you up at your hotel and first there's a stop where you have an amazing view over rice teraces. Then the driver takes you to a coffee plantation and gives a lot of information about the nature and all the different types of plants growing in Bali. You try different kinds of tea and coffee and there's a nice breakfast (rice rolls (like pancakes) filled with shredded coconut. You can get a cup of the famous Kopi Luwak for 50'000 RP (around 4 dollars). It's not that special though ;)
After the plantation you drive up for a short stop with a wonderful view of a vulcano and a lake next to it - stunning.
After that you get the bikes and drive for 2-3 hours. Very nice villages, temples, forests.. Then you get a AWESOME lunch at Bob's house with an introduction to the balinese homes.
Totally recommend this tour.
