Excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.
I booked the day before and had no trouble despite the late notice. The guide was awesome and made everyone feel super welcome and comfortable.

Two weeks ago we have had a wonderful bike ride in the area above Ubud. Our guide Dewa Bob and his team, picked us up from our hotel and then drove in the direction of Lake Batur, Underway we saw beautiful sceneries and Dewa explained a lot and was able to answer all our questions.
After the carride we started our bike tour, amazing to ride through the country side, small villages, compounds. We visited a school, we saw preparations for a funeral, a procession. The people are so friendly and smiling. Dewa was joining us and his team was in the direct neighborhood in case of a flat tyre etc. Under way we received refreshments and a snack. We stooped several times to enjoy the views. After this great ride we went to his house where a nice and tasteful lunch was served. Dear Dewa and team, thank you so much for the wonderful way of exploring Bali and the Ubud area. The Erb familiy.

If you only have time to do one thing in Bali I would definitely recommend the Bali on Bike tour. Bob is hilarious and him and the team give really interesting insight into the Balinese way of life throughout the tour. The tour is mostly down hill, with a couple of hills that I just ended up walking up. Cycling through rice paddies, jungle and villages is definitely the best way to see Bali. To top it all off the tour includes a delicious home made breakfast and Balinese lunch meal cooked by Bob's lovely wife - the best meal I had in Bali for sure!! Shout out to the air NZ crew we did the tour with - you guys are awesome! Thanks so much Bob!!

We did the tour with friends who had done it once before. They enjoyed it so much they wanted to do it again with us. Bob was a fantastic guide, full of information, whilst being very attentive and witty. It was an easy ride, but not having been on a bike for years, I elected to do a part of the way in the van. Bob pointed out many interesting things on the way. We had the opportunity to meet different craftsman and workers, who enjoyed out interest in their activities. The coconut pancakes at morning tea were delicious. The hospitality and the food back at the family compound was very much appreciated. Thank you Bob and family!

The day with "Bali on Bikes" was one of the best days I have had in my travels. We were picked up at 7 am and the day just got better and better. We had the best coffee "Luwak style", along with beautiful breakfast pancakes. We picked up our bikes and off we went on our ride through lovely villages and countryside. I had many "Eat , Pray , Love " moments during the day . Our guide, Bob, was such a great guy, caring to everyone, we were very safe in his hands at all points. He and his family provided an authentic Indonesian lunch which was the best meal we had in Bali, delicious. I would totally recommend this day to all. Namaste.

Filled most of a day with a great drive by van through Ubud and north to Batur and around. Coffee plantation to see where "Cat pooh cinno" comes from and tried a cup- excellent. The Luak certainly has good taste in coffee beans. Lovely local breakfast pancakes filled with coconut made by Dewa Bobs wife to go with the big range of coffees and teas to try. The biking is leisurely and mostly all gravity powered on good bikes with good brakes that you'll need on gently for a lot of the time. Great sights of village, children, temples, rice paddies, nature. Good local information from Bob. Finish with excellent buffet lunch made by Dewa Bob's wife in nice shady open building in back garden. Highly recommend- probably do it again with different group of colleagues when in Bali again.

You have to do this tour! I hadn't been on a bike for 20 yrs and I was pretty scared. Dewa (Bob) and Nyoman were so patient with me. Nyoman never left my side throughout the whole trip. They were absolutely brilliant.

The tour started from the coffee and spice plantation we got to have coffee and pancakes which are delicious!!! The whole are was really interesting. Dewa explained not only how the coffee was made but also how agriculture had changed because of the the construction of villas.

We then went to see the volcano. The views were stunning! !!

Then we did the bike tour which was an experience I will never forget. It's 25km mainly downhill. There are a few hills so you will need to be in reasonable physical condition. Even if you're not, the little minibus is always right behind to ensure the safety of everyone so you can take a break if it gets too much. I did exactly that..!!!

Dewa and his group are really lovely and caring throughout the trip. The end of the trip the whole group went to Dewa's house where his wife had prepared a beautiful meal. Seriously the best food I've had in a very long time. You could tell it was prepared with love.

It was just an amazing day..we met a lovely group of people, from New Zealand, who were on the tour also.

BTW I forgot to mention I booked the tour very late the night before and he was still very accommodating!!!

I will definitely be recommending him to my friends when they visit Bali.
